Welcome to Walking with Purpose at St. John the Evangelist!Walking with Purpose is a women’s Bible study here at St. John the Evangelist. A national ministry, Walking with Purpose’s vision for the future is that more Catholic women and girls deepen their relationships with Jesus Christ. Eternity-changing transformation will take place in their hearts of women—and, by extension—in their families, in their communities, and ultimately, in our world.
Walking with Purpose begins with a Connect Coffee event on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and will run through the year until May 2, 2027. Our groups meet once a week, and are designed for women of all ages. Walking with Purpose (WWP) follows the public school calendar, making it convenient for mothers who have children in school. From retirees to working women to moms with new babies, WWP is a great way to connect with other women, form friendships, and grow in faith together.
For your convenience, we offer three Wednesday sessions:
9:30 a.m. (childcare available)
1 p.m.
7 p.m.
